Responsible for Printing, Reviewing and Adjusting all Carrier Telecom Bills for Cox New England utilizing Business Objects.  Created Binders to organize bills per month and created Master Monthly Financial Reports for the VP of Business Sales.

  Was in charge of Project Managing all of the New Builds/Installs for the Carrier Access Department for Cox New England coordinating with various departments such as Fiber Construction, Network and SONET Engineering and acting as customer liaison. Budgeted and ordered all equipment for cell sites throughout CT, MA and VT.  This included new build cell sites (850 and 1900) utilizing CDMA. Also included HD adds, carrier adds, EVDO, G1’s, Antenna Projects, Metawave Removals, PDF adds and/or changes as well as Rectifier and battery plant to existing cell sites. We worked in conjunction with various departments to coordinate site acceptance by strict deadlines. Submitted purchase orders for all equipment needed and project managed orders from installation to final turn up. Over saw Fixed Generator testing at site in order to be sure of timely power transfer from batteries to Generator. Performed final site walk to create punch list with Construction Management in order to complete new build and hand over to System Performance for turn up of Cell site. Supplied new or replacement parts (and equipment) required that may be missing or damaged to New Build crews, Cell techs, etc. Budgeted, scheduled, coordinated and project managed large scale projects such as G1 and Fiber to the Hut projects (numerous cell sites). Special Duties include: Ran and managed the BMW project where my crew installed, tested, and turned-up seven three node Lucent OC48’s (Dual Bays) in a matter of 2 months. Also managed crew to achieve other various projects that involved working closely with the Outside and Inside Plant Engineer and Operations Manager such as Fiber splicing projects and new OC48 (FT-2000) and OC12 (DDM-2000) builds. We ran, terminated and tested CAT3, CAT5, 24 Pack, ABAM (28 pack) Installed Muxes, Routers and CSU/DSU’s. Ran, cleaned, terminated and tested Single Mode and Multi-Mode Fiber in Hubs, Collos, and Customer premise. Installed Fuse panels and ran DC power (A side and B side from Fuse panel to equipment), installed and or replaced batteries/rectifiers when needed. Tagged and labeled circuits, power cables, DSX panels, and FOTS with pertinent information required. Created technical diagrams as needed for Ground Bars and Optical Rings and wrote white papers for Racal PremNet 5500 and Titan 532 1/0 DACS to allow for ease of training fellow employees. I created a Master Log Book of all Providence Operations sites (Hubs, Collos and Customer) that included Ring Diagrams, Site Surveys, Equipment and Circuit Inventory of site as well as Street Maps with directions to each site and the exact location of equipment. I also turned up three New Collocation sites in Verizon that previously failed final inspection with another Technician.  Once assigned this task, I cleaned up the Collo Cages, fixed all issues and passed final inspection first try on all three sites.
